Terms of Sale
Orders and payments
These should be made via our website. Please note that delivery and handlings costs will be added to your order when you enter the purchase into your checkout basket. We are happy to take cheques which should be made payable to Wendy Hatton. All orders should be paid for in full before delivery. We are happy to arrange pick up from our premises but any payment will have to clear before we can organize that. Please contact us if you want to arrange this. The panels are very light but usually quite large so bear this in mind if picking up.
In the unlikely event that something is out of stock when you order it we will endeavour to get you an exact or similar piece, and if not a full refund will of course be given.
Delivery
We will normally process your order within 3 working days, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. When your order is completed you will be sent an email confirming your purchase and indicating expected delivery times.
Returns
Please phone our office before returning any items. We will need to know the invoice number, items being returned and the reason for their return. If an item is returned to us in original condition we will offer a full refund, excluding the postage and packaging costs.
To qualify for a refund we require that any items are returned within 7 days.
If you have ordered the wrong goods we will sadly have to apply a 20% restocking charge.
Damages
Damages must be notified to the magic cupboard verbally within 24 hours, which must be confirmed in writing. If it was damaged in transit there must be a reference to this on the delivery note as we will have to contact the carriers
Liability
The magic cupboard accepts no liability for damage done when goods are unable to be delivered. If the goods need to be returned because of this unfortunately the customer will have to pay for full carriage charges. No refunds or exchanges can be given for special or sales purchases.
